GLANSTAL
Understanding color and gloss levels can be key to creating effective and attractive design solutions, as well as choosing the right materials for different applications.
Color and surface
The same color-color, but with a range of different materials such as tiles, paper wallpaper, leather, fabric, ceramics,
textile, glass or metal gives strongly varying expressions and character and is perceived as a completely different
color experience for the eye. Depending on the material itself, they are perceived differently.

Matt color:
The advantage is that it hides blemishes and gives a calm surface without glare, while the disadvantage is that it
scratches more easily and is more difficult to wipe and keep clean.
Glossy color:
The advantage is that it is easy to wipe and brightens up, as it reflects light, while the disadvantages include the fact that irregularities are more visible and therefore require more care.
Tips:
One way to create an effective interior is to dare to mix and combine different gloss levels with different textures in the same color shade, which contributes to a calm and harmonious impression in the room. The combination of matte against gloss and vice versa, is that they reinforce the effect of each other and contribute to life and energy in the room in a nice way.
