In a large and elegant Djursholm villa, you will find this luxurious kitchen in dark wood, placed in the heart of the house. The kitchen island is spacious and offers plenty of workspace. Behind the pocket doors are Gaggenau ovens and a small coffee bar. Next to it, you step down to the dining area, where cabinets on both sides provide extra storage. The entire kitchen is framed by subtle LED lighting that creates an elegant atmosphere.

One of the objectives was to create a clear focal point from the large living room, where the opening frames the kitchen and gives a sense of depth.

Kitchen Island - a place for both cooking and design

On the kitchen island, cooking becomes a joy with an opening to the dining area and its large windows. The island is equipped with a Fjäråskupan Opus hob with plasma filter, which purifies 99% of all odors – an ideal solution when exhaust air is not possible. The mixer, Scandtap Steel Harmonized K2, has a built-in soap dispenser that combines aesthetics and function.

The Technistone worktop is mitered to create a solid and exclusive impression. LED strips under the worktop and plinth enhance the sophisticated design with a soft light during the evening hours. In the center of the kitchen island, we have integrated a solid oak drawer that is recessed into the countertop – a practical and elegant solution for storing spices. The doors are smooth, handleless and made of veneered oak. The kitchen island offers plenty of storage with drawers on both sides.

More workspace and stylish details

To the left of the kitchen island is a work surface with a 70 cm wide sink and integrated dishwasher. The upper cabinets have gray-tinted glass doors with built-in LED lighting that emphasizes the elegant character of the kitchen and creates a dynamic effect when moving around the room. LED strips on the sides of the cabinets further enhance this effect.

Pocket cabinets - as stylish as they are practical

Behind the Hawa pocket doors hides a Gaggenau oven and microwave. The right door hides a coffee bar with shelves for glasses and mugs, illuminated with discreet LEDs at the back. The frames are made of laminate with wood imitation, carefully selected to match the veneered doors. On either side of the kitchen are the fridge and freezer, elegantly hidden behind the same imitation wood.

Smart storage solutions

Between the supporting beams, we have placed counter cabinets on both sides – an excellent solution for storing several dishes. These cabinets also have integrated LED lighting and are topped with the same worktop as the rest of the kitchen.

Walk-in pantry

The kitchen also offers something that many dream of – a well-stocked pantry. There are shelves, work surfaces and a microwave. The material is a durable laminate with wood imitation, carefully selected to both harmonize with the kitchen and meet high demands on functionality.

A functional kitchenette adjacent to the kitchen

Adjacent to the large kitchen is a practical kitchenette – the perfect space for those who want undisturbed dinners with catering staff or just want to avoid seeing the dishes immediately after a meal. The kitchenette is equipped with a sink, dishwasher and drawers that offer convenient storage of kitchen utensils.

The open shelves with concealed fixing create a stylish surface that is ideal for decorative elements. Materials and design follow the same line as the large kitchen, creating a uniform and harmonious impression in the home.
