The ordering process

“This is how the steps normally look from idea to delivery. You are welcome to fill in our quotation form so that we can help you in the best way. You are of course welcome to contact us by phone and email with any questions.

Step 1

Fill in our form on the price proposal page. You are free to choose what you answer and whatever choices you make, we will of course help you with the design from scratch. But the more information you can give us, the better estimate we can give you. You can go directly to step 3 in our order if you want us to make a home visit immediately

Step 2

We will get back to you with a price estimate and approximate delivery time.

Step 3

Home visit for further design consultation, detail review and measurement. The design consultation is included in the total cost. Should you as a customer for any reason want to cancel the cooperation here, only the hours for the design consultation will be charged

Step 4

We produce detailed 3D drawings and send them to you, the customer, for feedback.

Step 5

Final sketch and sharp quote. Down payment 50% of the cost of the carpentry

Step 6

Delivery and installation. Payment of the balance.
