3 PERSONAL DATA, PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS AND STORAGE PERIOD

3.1 IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER OF STILIGT DESIGN
When you are about to become a customer of Stiligt Design, you provide us with certain information. In addition to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, we process information about your choices and preferences when it comes to design so that we can plan and calculate the work, prepare a quote and contact you. The data is processed to enable us to fulfill the contract with you or at your request before the contract is concluded. If for any reason we do not conclude a contract, we will delete your data.

Once we have agreed and started work, in addition to the information listed above, we will also collect and process your personal identification number, cost and invoicing information and other information (such as materials, choice of fittings, etc.) related to the work. In the event that this information is not provided, we will not be able to perform the contract with you. The data is processed to enable us to fulfill the contract with you and because we have a legal obligation (e.g. for accounting purposes) to save this data. The data is kept for as long as your purchase is covered by the guarantee, which follows from our contractual obligations, and for as long as we have a legal obligation to keep the data.

If our customer is a trader and you represent the customer, your name and contact details are processed for the purpose of Stiligt Design being able to administer its contractual obligations and otherwise exercise its rights and obligations under the agreement. The processing is carried out with a balance of interests as a legal basis, where Stiligt Design’s legitimate interest is to be able to exercise its rights and obligations under the agreement and otherwise administer the relationship with the company you represent.

Stiligt Design may also save your personal data for a longer period of time if it is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation that requires processing under applicable law, or for Stiligt Design to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

3.2 IF YOU ARE A CONTACT PERSON AT A SUPPLIER OR PARTNER OF STILLIGT DESIGN
Stiligt Design processes your name, title and contact details (e-mail address and telephone number) for the purpose of Stiligt Design being able to administer its contractual obligations and otherwise to be able to exercise its rights and obligations under the agreements or in the relationship with the company you represent. In the event that this information is not provided, the agreement cannot be fulfilled or the relationship cannot be maintained effectively. The processing is carried out with a balance of interests as a legal basis, where Stiligt Design’s legitimate interest is to be able to exercise its rights and obligations under the agreement and otherwise administer the relationship with the company you represent.
Your name and contact information will be saved for the duration of our contractual relationship or we otherwise need the information for any relationship related to our contractual relationship or relationship with the company you represent. Thereafter, the data will be deleted within approximately one month. In the event that your employment with the company you represent ceases or you otherwise cease to be a contact person, we will delete your data after we have been notified of this.

Your information (e.g. your name) may be included in agreements, correspondence or other documentation regarding Stiligt Design’s relationship with the company you represent and which Stiligt Design needs to save for commercial, business or legal reasons. The data is saved based on a balance of interests, where Stiligt Design’s legitimate interest is to save information and documentation that is of commercial, business or legal importance to Stiligt Design’s business. To the extent that Stiligt Design needs to save this documentation for the above purposes, the personal data will not be deleted during this time.

3.3 ABOUT STILIGT DESIGN’S USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA
If you appear in Stiligt Design’s publications on social media
Stiligt Design uses social media, such as Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest, as a marketing channel to stakeholders. As a general rule, Stiligt Design’s own publications do not contain any personal data, but if this happens, we have obtained the consent of the person concerned.
If your name or a photo of you has been published in our social media, you always have the right to request that you be removed by contacting Stiligt Design.

If you follow, comment, “like” and otherwise interact with Stiligt Design on social media
If you follow, “like”, write a comment, “pin” or otherwise communicate on Stiligt Design’s social media pages, your name, any profile picture and any comment you make may appear on Stiligt Design’s social media account. This means that we, Stiligt Design, process the personal data you share with us. Stiligt Design allows this information to be published on Stiligt Design’s accounts, and otherwise processes this personal data, based on a balance of interests, where Stiligt Design’s interest is to be able to interact with those who are interested in our products and services, have opinions about Stiligt Design or who want to contact Stiligt Design through social media.
Please note that when you interact with us in social media, your information is also processed by the company behind the platform.

4 WHO MAY WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?
Stiligt Design may transfer your personal data to suppliers who provide services for Stiligt Design, such as invoicing, installers, transport companies, suppliers for e.g. white goods and countertops and digital storage. These recipients only have the right to process your personal data in connection with performing a service for Stiligt Design. Stiligt Design takes all reasonable legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure that your data is handled securely and with an adequate level of protection when transferring to or sharing with such selected third parties.
Stiligt Design may also disclose your personal data to authorities if we are required to do so by law. In the event that all or part of Stiligt Design’s business is divested, Stiligt Design may transfer your personal data to a potential buyer of the business.

5 WHERE DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
Your personal data will mainly be processed within the EU/EEA, but may also be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA to suppliers who perform services on behalf of Stiligt Design in accordance with section 4 above. If Stiligt Design decides to use suppliers who process data outside the EU/EEA, Stiligt Design has taken appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data by ensuring that the recipient of the personal data has signed adequate standard contractual clauses that ensure that your data is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation.

6 YOUR RIGHTS

(a) Right of access/register extracts. You have the right to know whether Stiligt Design processes personal data about you. If so, you have the right to information about, among other things, what personal data is processed, the purposes of the processing, which external recipients receive your personal data and how long we save your personal data.

(b) Right to data portability. You have the right to request a copy of the personal data that you have provided to Stiligt Design, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to request that Stiligt Design transfer this personal data to another controller. The right to data portability applies to personal data processed by automated means, based on your consent or on a contract to which you are a party.

(c) Correction of inaccurate data. You have the right to request Stiligt Design to correct inaccurate or incomplete information about yourself.

(d) Erasure of certain data. You have the right to request that Stiligt Design erase your personal data under certain conditions, for example if the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we collected the personal data.

(e) Right to object to Stiligt Design’s processing of personal data. You have the right to object to Stiligt Design’s processing of your personal data under certain conditions.

(f) Right to restriction of processing of your personal data. You have the right to request a restriction of Stiligt Design’s processing of your personal data in certain cases. For example, if you have contested the accuracy of your personal data, you can request a restriction of processing for a period of time that allows Stiligt Design to verify the accuracy of the personal data.

(g) Complaints. If you have a complaint regarding Stiligt Design’s processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge such a complaint with the Swedish Data Protection Authority.

7 CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
