Exclusive bedroom in turn-of-the-century style

Exclusive bedroom with walk in closet in turn of the century style
Initially, the client wanted a classic wooden headboard, but after reviewing their inspirational images, we decided to take the design a step further. We created an exclusive and tailor-made solution by extending a wall and framing the room with beautiful decorative moldings, perfectly adapted to enhance the turn-of-the-century feel.
It also gave us the opportunity to integrate stucco into the new wall – a timeless detail that adds both elegance and character. The stucco was also strategically placed in front of the electrically controlled curtains, creating a seamless and sophisticated look.
Hanging stylishly from the ceiling, the pendant lights, together with the magnificent Murano ceiling light, create a sense of luxury and refinement. As the finishing touch, discreetly placed LED strips complement the lighting and enhance the room’s atmosphere with a soft, pleasant glow.
The result is a bedroom that exudes exclusivity and comfort – a place where it’s easy to treat yourself to a few extra minutes on the snooze button every morning.
A walnut walk-in closet for an exclusive turn-of-the-century apartment
From the bed in this beautiful turn-of-the-century apartment, you get a glimpse of an exclusive walk-in closet where no detail has been left to chance. With thick frames clad in elegant walnut veneer and recessed, smooth doors, we have created a robust and luxurious feel that harmonizes with the period charm of the home. The room is surrounded by cabinets along three walls, where the window has also been clad in beautiful paneling for a cohesive and thoughtful whole. With the small space, it is difficult to do it justice with pictures.
When designing our solutions, we always aim to strike a balance between the practical, the aesthetic and the sense of space. An important goal is that you should be greeted by the most beautiful first. In this walk-in closet, it is precisely the central section that catches the eye immediately – open shelves with space for beautiful bags and hats. The recessed LED lighting is discreetly placed at the back, creating a stunning lighting effect when it is on and becoming almost invisible when it is off. The back panel in the center section also conceals a smart storage solution.

Beneath the beveled glass is an interior made entirely of solid walnut, tailored to the customer’s specific wishes. The drawers are made of solid, finger-jointed walnut that exudes both craftsmanship and quality in its purest form.
The window is not only paneled, but also adorned with an exclusive Greek stone countertop – a detail that further enhances the sense of luxury.
When space allows, we like to add mirrors, as they are both practical and help create a sense of space. In this walk-in closet, the mirror goes from floor to ceiling and at the same time hides a smart space with drawers and hanging storage. To the left, we find a trouser hanger in solid walnut, and the clothes rails are also made of the same exclusive material.
The result is a walk-in closet that combines functionality with timeless elegance, where every detail is carefully selected to create a whole that breathes luxury and harmony.

Frequently asked questions
Here you will find answers to the most common questions when it comes to ordering from Stiligt.
Delivery time is normally 6-10 weeks.
To ensure the best possible quality, we currently carry out installations ourselves. However, we will soon be making it possible for customers to install their site constructions themselves.
Stiligt does not have its own construction craftsmen, but for work in and around Gothenburg we have a list of skilled craftsmen that we can recommend.
We want to offer affordable, completely unique and tailor-made solutions. That’s why we don’t use intermediaries, retailers or expensive showrooms. Instead, we work with 3D visualization where you can see how our solutions look in your home. However, we can accept booked meetings at our office in Gothenburg.
We carry out site visits throughout Europe. For a free quote, we ask our customers to first fill out a price request via the website, so that we can come back with an approximate price proposal. We can then make a home visit where we measure the rooms and go through material choices.
We are primarily active in Stockholm, Skåne and Västra Götaland counties. However, we are well placed to deliver to all of Europe given the factory’s location in Poland. For longer distances, we place higher demands on order value.
Our site-built solutions can have a variety of different designs and customizations – that’s what’s great about site-built! It also means that the price can vary greatly and is affected by, among other things, the choice of materials, size of the room, choice of cabinetry and any special solutions.
Payment of the down payment is made when placing the order no later than 6 weeks before delivery. The down payment is 50% of the carpentry (excluding installation and transport).
Our carpenters build, transport and install. This minimizes damage to the products and as a customer you can rest assured that we take responsibility all the way. Another advantage of building, transporting and installing ourselves is that it shortens the installation time.
According to the Consumer Sales Act, you have a 3-year warranty on doors and frames. Hinges and rails usually have a 10-20 year warranty, with some exceptions.
Since our products are specially ordered and unique for each customer, there is no right of withdrawal once the down payment has been paid.
We are happy to help with ordering appliances. We can supply more or less all brands on the market. If you prefer to order appliances yourself, you are responsible for ensuring that the appliances have the correct dimensions.
We are happy to help with ordering countertops. In the Gothenburg area, we primarily work with Kungälvs Natursten. In addition to a variety of natural stone types, we also have Dekton, Silestone and Technistone in our range.
Kitchen: about 4-7 days for frames.
Walk in closet: about 3-8 days.
A simple wardrobe: about 2 days.
