Dark stained oak furniture and bathroom cabinets

A dark and unused basement has been transformed into a bright and practical laundry room with a functional work island. The island is equipped with cabinets at the front and a hidden space for floor-standing laundry baskets, making it easy to handle the laundry without making the room feel cluttered. The island’s generous work surface creates an ideal place to fold and sort laundry.

The laundry room is equipped with two washing machines and a dryer, all elevated for ease of use. The cleverly placed drawers under the machines offer practical storage space for detergents and other accessories. To the left of the machines, a sink and two counter cabinets add to the functionality of the laundry room.

Instead of a traditional washing line, two floor-to-ceiling bars were installed, providing a modern and aesthetic solution for hanging clothes to dry.

The dark oak laminate doors are both affordable and durable, making them a practical choice that also adds an elegant feel to the room.
