Luxury Duplex Bedroom with Panoramic View

High up in Karlatornet is this elegant bedroom in a duplex. From the bed you look through the large glass section over the living room and further out through the windows, where the city light spreads.

The headboard has a softly arched design that extends from floor to ceiling and is framed by recessed spotlights in the ceiling, creating a subtle wall of light in the evening. Upholstered in warm gray velvet, it gives an inviting and exclusive feel. On either side of the bed are fitted bedside tables with straight countertops in Taj Mahal natural stone. Above the wall-hung bedside tables float Lee Broom pendant lights in an elegant gold finish. Spotlights in front of the headboard enhance the harmonious lighting of the room and create a moody atmosphere in the evening.

Dark tinted glass and discreet lighting

The dark-toned floor-to-ceiling mirrors add a sense of space and luxury while reflecting the apartment’s views from all angles. Behind one of the mirrors is a spacious cabinet with sensor-controlled lighting – a clever storage solution for sheets, towels and clothes, combining function and aesthetics in an elegant way.

The tall cabinets feature glass doors with sleek aluminum frames and concealed hinges by Salice. The dark-tinted glass reinforces the room’s uniform design and creates a sophisticated feel. Inside, there are clothes rails, drawers and an integrated glass compartment in the countertop, perfect for storing jewelry and watches. The shelves are double-depth to allow for recessed LED lighting that provides soft light without glare – even when lying in bed.

The Carpe Diem bed and the custom-made headboard are upholstered in the same fabric, creating a luxurious and unified whole. The carpet reinforces the cozy feeling and makes this master bedroom a place for relaxation at its best.
